Your community already stands with people at the margins. CAN IT! turns that compassion into paid, dignified work, wrap-around support and a hub your parish can host. Love your neighbour, and give them a wage too.
Congregations feed people, shelter people and sit with people through the hardest nights. But when the meal is over there is rarely a dignified next step into paid work. People want more than a hand-out. They want a hand into a life they can hold.
We are the onward step your ministry has been missing: paid, flexible, dignified work, a hub your halls can host, and a way for the whole congregation to take part.
Walk alongside the people you already support as they step into genuine paid work, with a warm hand-over and no waiting list.
Parish halls and community rooms make ideal CAN IT! hubs, a warm place to return deposits, get support and be treated as a colleague.
Members give and volunteer: pay your kaucja forward, run a collection, and mentor someone on their way back.
We ask faith communities to open their spaces as hubs, refer the people they support into paid work, gather and pass on deposits, and stand with us in advocacy for dignity. Your pastoral care makes the loop kinder, and radically inclusive: no PESEL, no passport, a past you would rather not tell, none of it is a barrier here.
Bring CAN IT! to your community. Turn a deposit into a wage, and a wage into a way home.
We are pouring the final details. Soon we will introduce the team behind CAN IT!, the volunteer panel donating the expertise that builds the loop, from education and medicine to psychology, planning, campaigns and human resources.
