Community hubs

Process. Bank. Support.

Every CAN IT! hub does three jobs under one warm roof. It processes the kaucja, counting, washing and redeeming the deposits. It banks the person, issuing a card and paying wages in real time. And it wraps support around them, so the way back holds.

Kaucja processing

From full bag to redeemed deposit.

The hub is where a bag of cans becomes counted, clean, reconciled money. Every 0,50 zł is tracked from the door to the return.

01

Intake & swap

Drop a full bag, take a clean one. Counter staff and smart points log every deposit the moment it arrives.

02

Count & sort

Cans and bottles are counted, sorted by material and checked, so every 0,50 zł is accounted for.

03

Wash & prep

The stream is cleaned and prepared, keeping quality high and the deposit value intact.

04

Redeem & reconcile

We return the deposits through the kaucja system and reconcile every unit, closing the loop.

05

Split the deposit

Each 0,50 zł splits 50/50: a 100% take-home wage to the service user, and the loop fund that keeps the hub running.

06

Logistics dock

Courier routes, smart-point collections and material buyers all meet at the hub's loading dock.

Banking, built in

A wage you can actually reach.

The hub is a bank branch for people the banks forgot. No account, no PESEL, no problem: we get money onto a card and into a life.

01

Prepaid Mastercard

Issued on the spot. No bank, no branch, no credit check, no PESEL required to start earning.

02

Real-time top-ups

Wages land on the card over a payments API the moment the deposits clear. What you earn today is on the card today.

03

Banking kiosks

For anyone without a phone: check a balance, cash out and manage the account at a kiosk in every hub.

04

The app

Run your account on your own device, track your wages and budget alongside a financial mentor.

05

Tax-shielded

The kaucja is not employment income, so the wage arrives 100% take-home, kept beyond ZUS by design.

06

A first financial footprint

Statements, savings and a record of steady earning, the start of financial inclusion for someone the system left out.

Support, co-located

Money, and everything around it.

A wage opens the door. In the same building, specialists keep it open, therapy, financial literacy, help into work and one key worker who stays with you.

◍

Therapy & recovery

One-to-one and group therapy with a psychotraumatologist, in a private room down the corridor.

◍

Financial literacy

Budgeting, debt and saving sessions, right next to the banking desk where the wage lands.

◍

CV & key worker

Help into onward work and one named person who knows your name from the first visit.
