What we mean

A protest. A product. A promise.

A protest
A stand for social services that reach everyone, for a welfare system ready to modernise, and for employment rules that leave room for new kinds of work. Where the old ways hold people back, we turn those gaps into solutions of the most powerful kind.
A product
A real solution people choose to use, for the consumer, for families, for retailers. A gig economy in a shape everyone already trusts, the InPost, Uber Eats and delivery model, put to work returning the kaucja.
A promise
Employment, dignity, financial inclusion, training and wraparound support. Impact that lands now, at the pace of people's lives, not the pace of reform inside PFRON, PIP and ZUS.
The problem

Tonight, tens of thousands of people in Poland will sleep without a home.

Not because they stopped trying. Because the way back is too narrow: no address, no bank account, no first pay packet. The gap between the street and a job is a cliff.

The insight

In 2025, Poland put a deposit on every can and bottle.

0,50 zł

Return it, and the deposit comes back. Billions of them, every year, flowing through shops and smart points across the country. A river of small change, hiding in plain sight.

So we asked

What if that deposit
was a wage?

The 50/50 rule

We split every deposit in half.

0,25 zł
Wage to a service user
100% take-home
0,25 zł
Funds the loop
Hubs, wash, support, app
How it works

One loop. Everybody gains.

The person

The pay is 100% take-home.

Kept beyond the jurisdiction and competence of ZUS, by fintech design. No tax, no deductions. What is earned is what is kept, paid onto a card the same day, with training, references and a route back into lasting work.

The solution

One bag. The whole loop.

CAN IT! takes something Poland already does, paying a deposit on every can and bottle, and turns it into clean streets, effortless recycling and dignified paid work. No new tax, no charity queue, no lectures. Just a bag, a swap and a wage.

01

Dignity first

Every service user earns a 100% take-home wage, paid straight onto a card. Kept beyond the reach of ZUS by fintech design, so what is earned is what is kept.

02

A design people trust

The InPost, Uber Eats and delivery model everyone already uses, turned to returning the kaucja. Swap a full bag for a clean empty one and we do the rest.

03

It funds itself

Grants and our expert panel fund the one-off build, never the running loop. The 0,50 zł deposit pays the wages and the loop, so the model stands on its own.

Play your part

Find your part in the loop.

Whoever you are, there is a way in. Pick the door that fits you and see the plan, the numbers and the papers built for you.

End homelessness now.

Turn Poland's deposit-return system into clean stores, effortless recycling and a dignified route out of homelessness, all from one reusable bag.
