Our mission is simple. End homelessness and unemployment for everyone, everywhere. We are ruthless about removing the barriers to employment, slashing bureaucracy and ending financial exclusion. Where the old systems keep people stuck, we build a way through that is radically inclusive. Guaranteed employment for everyone.

Barriers to employment

We tear them down. Flexible, paid, dignified work from day one, no CV, no interview panel, no waiting list.

Bureaucracy

We slash it. If a form, a rule or an office is keeping someone in poverty, we design our way around it.

Financial exclusion

We end it. Wages paid straight onto a card, 100% take-home, kept beyond ZUS by design, banking someone the system forgot.

Public institutions are not modernising fast enough, and their inefficiency keeps people in poverty. We will say so, loudly. Where PFRON, PIP and ZUS move at the pace of reform, people are living at the pace of hunger. That gap is a scandal, and we refuse to wait it out.

Turn Poland's kaucja deposit into wages. A gig economy in a shape everyone already trusts, the InPost and delivery model, put to work returning cans and bottles, so every deposit becomes dignified, paid work.

Anyone 18 or over can become a CAN IT! service provider. No PESEL? No passport? No fixed address? A criminal record? A gap, a past, a story you would rather not tell? It makes no difference to us. We offer employment, care and services to everyone. Wherever you are from and whatever your story, you are welcome with CAN IT!
